It was here in Egypt that he unveiled the secrets of the heavenly Brioche de Lyon and the tantalizing Tarte Tropizienne, a tribute to his family’s heritage from St. Tropez. Destiny crossed his paths with one of our co-founders whose unwavering spirit and courage to embrace change encouraged her transformation from pharmacist to passionate baker and artist.
