Sui delivers your orders, either directly or through a third party to ensure the timely shipping of your order.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery at the delivery address you have provided to us we will take the products back and retain the same for 24 hours during which time you may contact us to either arrange for personal collection or for delivery by us within 24 hours (subject to delivery availability) upon payment of a further delivery charge.

Delivery is available only within our delivery radius to selected Cairo areas.
